Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary according to the time of year and demand. If a booking is made through booking.com, the cancellation policy is set out on their website. For bookings made directly with La Maison Ribotteau, the cancellation policy for the booking period will be explained at the time of booking.

Check-in / Check-out

Your room will be available for you to check in between 4.00pm and 9.00pm. Please check out of your room by 11.00am to give us time to prepare for other guests.

​

Guests using the Coach House Apartment can check in at 4.00pm and are asked to check out by 10.00am.

​

Around these times, you are welcome to use the gardens (weather permitting!)

Breakfast

Breakfast is served to chambres d'hôtes guests between 7.30am and 9.30am.

Children

Children are welcome but are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians while staying here. We can provide a travel cot for a baby or a high sided cot for a small child in some rooms at a cost of 28.00 euros. However, this does reduce the space within the room quite considerably.

We cannot provide extra beds in rooms. 

 

Swimming Pool

While we take great care to ensure that the swimming pool and the surrounding area are safe for our visitors, guests use the pool at their own risk and are responsible for the safety of their children when using the pool. A set of pool rules is provided in each bedroom in the main house, in the Coach House Apartment and by the pool and guests must adhere to these when using the swimming pool.

Pets

We regret we are unable to accommodate pets or animals of any kind. In case of non-compliance, we will refuse the animals. This refusal cannot be considered a change or breach of booking in any way so no refund can be considered.

Smoking

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy within the main house and the Coach House Apartment. However, there are plenty of areas outside where you can smoke.

​

Valuable items

Items of value should not be left in rooms or parked vehicles. We cannot accept responsibility for loss  of such items.

​

Lost keys and Breakages

In the event of loss of keys a charge of €50 per key will be made. In the unfortunate event of any breakages caused by our guests, we reserve the right to make a charge for replacement costs.

Taxe de Séjour

Taxe de séjour is charged at 0.77 per person per night.
